5% for Outdoor Access

At Adventure Prints, we believe everyone should have the chance to experience, enjoy and protect the outdoors. Through our 5% for Outdoor Access scheme, we donate at least 5% of eligible Adventure Prints sales to UK registered charities working to preserve our outdoor spaces and make outdoor adventure more accessible and inclusive.

How it works

For every eligible order placed with Adventure Prints, we set aside a minimum of 5% of the eligible product value for charitable giving.

Eligible value is calculated on the product price only. It excludes:

• Delivery and shipping charges
• VAT, where applicable
• Refunded or cancelled orders
• Gift cards and other non-product purchases

We donate the funds we set aside to our selected charity partners quarterly, and once started we will publish a running total of donations made on our website on this page.

Who we support

We support UK-registered charities working in areas such as:

Protecting and preserving the UK's natural environment

• Improving physical and financial access to outdoor spaces
• Supporting accessible and inclusive outdoor activities
• Helping people overcome barriers to experiencing the outdoors
• Encouraging participation in outdoor recreation and adventure

We review our charity partners annually. We may support one organisation or several at any given time, depending on the scale of our charitable giving programme and the volume of eligible orders received.

Transparency

We want our customers to see the difference their purchases help make. Where practical, we will publish:

• The organisations we currently support and why we chose them
• The total amount donated, updated at least quarterly
• Examples of the impact that donation has helped fund, where our charity partners are able to share this

We keep full records of eligible sales, our calculations, and donations made, so our charitable giving can be properly accounted for and audited if needed.

Important to know

• This scheme is a voluntary charitable initiative operated by Adventure Prints. It is not a customer donation, and it does not qualify for Gift Aid.
• The 5% figure is a minimum — we may choose to donate more, but we will never donate less against eligible sales, without first updating this policy.
• Donations are made from Adventure Prints' own funds; no additional charge is added to your order.

Changes to this scheme

Adventure Prints reserves the right to change our charity partners or update how the scheme operates. If we make a material change to how the 5% contribution is calculated or donated, we will update this policy and note the date of the change below.
