Returns & Refunds Policy

Because every order is custom-printed and personalised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind, incorrect size/style selection, or similar reasons once production has begun.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day "cooling off" cancellation right that applies to non-personalised items. As our products are made to order, this exemption applies to your purchase.

Damages and issues

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 30 days at support@adventureprints.co.uk if there is a problem, including:

• Photos of the damaged or faulty item
• Your order number/proof of purchase
• A description of the issue

We'll review your claim and, where approved, arrange a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval; please allow extra time for your bank to process it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@adventureprints.co.uk.

Non-returnable items

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size, colour, or personalisation details entered by the customer at checkout
• Sale items or gift cards
